Trumpeter Oscar Garibay performs a solo recital featuring John Cozza on piano, and other performers. Among other works for trumpet, he will perform John William's theme to Indiana Jones, arranged for Brass Quintet by Ryan Suleiman. Garibay is a student of Steve Roach at Sac State.

Hosted by the student club Composers Symposium, this concert will feature original works by Sac State's composers inspired by water, the theme of the university's One World Initiative. Along with new works by Datu, Catalan, and Helfer, the concert will feature the premiere of Ryan's short work for piano, Droplets, composed for the event and performed by the composer.
